PICK AND CHOOSE COMPETITION
The clubs new Pick and Choose competition is now underway and we received the first results from Sean Leatherland and Peter Mills. (Pair 7)

They fished their round during one of the usual Wednesday matches which was held on Section 14B (Seabrook Lock to Power Lines).

The water was low and clear on the day with minimal boat traffic. Fishing proved to be very difficult, but a quirk of the draw bag saw Sean and Peter actually pegged next to each other in the middle of the overall match.

Peter caught one large bream (bread punch) early in the match and together with a few smaller fish outweighed Sean who caught one smaller bream (red maggot) and a few bits to finish slightly behind at the final whistle.
