GRAND UNION CANAL
Nicholas Wright a specimen 3lb 2oz perch Grand Union Canal on a lure.

Michael Wilkins had been catching bream on the Grand Union Canal when a 27lb 6oz mirror gate crashed his session. Recognised as one of the many fish moved from the no fishing power line section at Horton during the winter.

Dennis Hunt fished on the old Mud Flats section of the Grand Union Canal which is now deeper following last years dredging. Dennis was trying our a new pole and started with a fish a chuck at 5 metres with Roach, Gudgeon, Perch and big hybrids on Pinkies and then went over for some big Roach and Bream on corn. Proves the dredging has not put the fish off with 30lb+ pleasure bags of bream & silvers now common place throughout the 12 miles of canal we control.

BECKERINGS RESERVOIR
John Dennis 22lb 7oz mirror on a Mad Baits Pandemic pop-up fished on a naked chod,

David Bills 21lb mirror on a Manilla white pop up

Kyle Carter 16lb mirror on Mad Bait Nutz+

Good to see Robert Barry Hall and Pecs in Carp-Talk magazine but sad to hear this week that the magazine is ending after 24yrs
