GRAND UNION CANAL
The Grand Union Canal at Slapton is currently producing loads of 1lb+ roach and hybrids. Pete Sears had a nice one of 1lb 4oz. Members are making good use of the new secure parking at Slapton directly beside the canal.

The winning weight consisted of Bream to just under 4lb, which were caught on the feeder using a pellet.
Second and third places were also Bream, caught on maggot on the waggler and feeder.
Several of this match group are disabled anglers and the secure parking and nearby pegs made for a much easier day for them.
