Simon Heath managed a 5lb zander and Patrick Heath a 13lb pike. The Lagoon and river can both be fished on day & night tickets available from our bailiffs on the bank. Day Ticket Angler Ross Wigley fished lures to catch pike of 9lb & 3lb
MATCH RESULTS
Abbey Lads fished at Grove Marina on the Grand Union Canal
1st K Young 23lb 1oz bream & roach fishing maggot at 7m in one of the swims close to the pub
2nd D Whillock 16lb 12oz inc a 9lb carp fishing next to an abandoned boat.
3rd R Beaver 13lb 5oz
Potters Bar visited the Ouse at Biddenham but found it hard going after it rained non stop the previous day and then was hit with an overnight frost
3lb 6oz won the day from peg 9 with 2nd having 3lb from peg 31 and 3rd 2lb 14oz from peg 36.
